Triradiale Constructies: Optimale krachtsverdeling
Bij een triradiaal gesneden zeil worden de panelen exact zo georiënteerd dat ze de primaire loadlijnen van het jacht feilloos volgen. Dit zorgt voor een uitzonderlijke vormvastheid. - Contender CDX Pro – High-End Stabiliteit: Dit premium laminaat is opgebouwd rond hoogwaardige taffeta’s en een constructieve polyester cross-ply. Een innovatieve TiO₂-toevoeging in de hechting biedt een extreme bescherming tegen UV-straling, terwijl een krachtige anti-schimmelcoating het doek conserveert. Dankzij de superieure sterkte-gewichtsverhouding presteert dit zeil ook magistraal bij lichte wind en blijft het extreem handelbaar.
- Dimension-Polyant DCX – Onwrikbare Duurzaamheid: Ontwikkeld voor de veeleisende bluewater-cruiser die geen spat rek accepteert. Een hightech mesh ligt ingebed tussen twee ultradunne films, beschermd door dubbelzijdige taffeta. De unieke 9°-georiënteerde X-PLY® vangt diagonale krachten moeiteloos op, terwijl de UVM®-finish beschermt tegen de elementen. Bovendien leent deze constructie zich perfect voor veeleisende rolremsystemen.
Custom Membraan: De absolute top in high-performance
Voor wie alleen genoegen neemt met het absolute maximum aan prestatie en puur architectonisch maatwerk, bouwen wij custom membraanzeilen. Bij deze exclusieve constructie wordt de lay-out van de vezels millimeter voor millimeter afgestemd op de specifieke krachten van jouw jacht en vaarprofiel.
Je hebt hierbij de volledige controle over de buitenste afwerking met keuze uit chique en oersterke skins en taffeta’s, waaronder Taffeta Outside, Light Skin Outside, Light Taffeta, Heavy Taffeta en UMPE Skin. Omdat dit het apex-niveau van zeilmakerij is, ontwerpt Ramses Landman de vezelstructuur volledig persoonlijk om tot de ultieme opbouw te komen.

CDX Pro & DCX — Performance Laminates
Two world-class laminate options for offshore cruising performance sails. Both engineered for shape retention, UV resistance, and long-term durability in demanding conditions.
CDX Pro Polyester Cruising Laminates
CDX Pro laminates are engineered for durability and cruising performance. The range is built around a series of sub-assemblies using different weights of taffetas and a 500 denier polyester cross-ply, combined with a 6000 dpi polyester insertion — creating a range of styles stepping up in weight and strength.
TiO2 in the adhesive adds UV resistance, and a robust anti-mildew additive provides advanced protection against mildew. Available in Natural White and Cool Grey. Designed for radial cut sails from 24 to 48 feet.

DCX Line · Dimension-Polyant
The DCX Line is Dimension-Polyant’s answer for ambitious cruising sailors who want low stretch without compromising handleability. A mesh embedded in two films with a special taffeta on both ends delivers excellent warp stretch resistance and high tear strength.
The UVM® Finish coating adds UV protection and mildew resistance. The DCX upgrade over the DC mother line introduces a 9° X-PLY® for significantly increased support for diagonal forces — a meaningful improvement for offshore sailing in variable conditions. Climate neutral certified by CleanTEC.

Scrim / X-Ply Base
The base of every custom membrane sail. A high-tenacity scrim, available in 500×500 Light or 500×1000 Heavy, provides the dimensional foundation on which all subsequent layers are precision-bonded. The X-ply orientation ensures load resistance in multiple directions from the ground up.
